Company update - pretty much in a similar status as before but a couple of changes - news from FDA in late June - submitted special protocol assessment

The reason I need this filled is I have my first employee leaving so it's a backfill 

What kind of quality person? 

On the manufacturing side but kind of do it all - come in and be open to doing a little of everything.  somebody who's shown consistent growth - going to want at least 5 years on the manufacturing or quality side - change controls, validations, quality systems, want the type of person who wants to go to the next level - right now it's a quality specialist but Laura wants someone who can be groom into a manager role - if we can find that right person we'd be open to a Manager title and salary... they have to be very very hands.  

What are the most important things you are looking for?

have to have been in GMP environment - if I can get someone from biotech or pharma that's ideal or even medical device, CMO maybe... It depends - but needs hands deviation experience so it depends on what they have done and their role.  were they writing investigations and sending back to the company?

We have a quality system in place right now but open to changing and improving.  exposure to audits - a breath of experience this position requires that someone who is trying to grow their career will find very attractive.  QC testing but wanting to make the jump to QA may be a good fit.

Salary? broad range in mind 80k - 100k... again if it's a sr specialist maybe a bit of flexibility.
