This person will be working with regulatory bodies across the world and thus needs to have an understand of the differences with each country's regulatory requirements. They will be taking what we have from US requirements, reformulating and get anything additional needed by whatever country they are working with. We will have some consulting help in the various counties we will be working with to support this person.
