This Sr. Clinical Data Manager opportunity is with a growing biotech that was founded in 2017. About a year ago, they only had 10 employees and they are currently up to 25 with considerable growth planned for 2020.

The science at the company is quite interesting. They are using the well-established pharmaceutical approach of modulating ion channels, but they are taking it into new territories. They use traditional chemistry entities but are looking to effect change in neural pathways, specifically SK channels and NMDA receptors. There are no approved drugs that selectively modulate these ion channels, so this is a first-of-its-kind approach that hopes can effectively “re-wire” the brain.

Right now, the Clinical Data Management team only has 1 member (Director, CDM and Biostats) so this person will wear many hats including developing DMPs, UATs, overseeing CRO activities and much more.
