We are looking for a Product Support Manager for a 30-person medical device company in Boston. They are truly creating a “set it and forget it” bionic pancreas for patients with Type 1 diabetes. This two-drug system (insulin and glucagon) will be easy to use by doctors and patients alike and will have a profound impact on diabetic patients and significantly improve the quality of their lives.

We are looking for someone with the confidence and motivation to launch a brand new device while spearheading, growing, and leading a product support team.  We need someone who can offer technical support while serving as a liaison between the sales team and patients.  This person does not need specific diabetes experience but experience with supporting class II or class II medical devices is a must.
