This opportunity is with a small and growing (250 employees) biotech based in Cambridge, MA that has two successful marketed products and a recently filed BLA. Their focus is autologous cell therapy, where patients' own tissue is the source of their therapy. They don't use CMOs, and they make all of their products on-site which has created a real and powerful connection to patients.
We need someone to lead and head regulatory strategy and are looking for strong biologics experience. This position will oversee a small internal regulatory team of 2 direct reports as well as external vendors. Someone who loves mentoring people and can appreciate feeling connected to the patient community they serve would be a great culture fit.
