This opportunity is with an exciting and rapidly growing Sponsor Company near Waltham that has grown from 50 to 200 employees over the past 2 years. They have a robust pipeline including 3 phase III clinical trials in diseases where the current standard of care is either very poor or non-existent.

The Clinical Data Management group is small with just an Associate Director and 2 Clinical Data Managers.  This team will double in size this year and the AD has done a great job in helping to establish the department while in bringing new innovations and efficiencies to the group.  This Director of Clinical Data Management will take over the team and help lead them across the finish line in getting the company's first product to market.
