Director, Business Development

I’m looking for a Director of Business Development for a growing, tech-forward patient recruitment and retention agency.
With a leadership team passionate about the work and developing a positive and lucrative work environment, this company continues to land contracts with large pharma while expanding their internal capabilities.
Ideally I’m looking for a dynamic, hungry sales professional who enjoys the relationship building aspects of sales. If you have some exposure to patient recruitment and retention, that’s great, but not required. We are eager to find candidates who have current contacts within the clinical research industry so they can hit the ground running, knowing they’ll be well supported for sales presentations and RFPs as they learn a new side of the business.
Base salary ranges from $100-$180K based on experience. They have an uncapped bonus of 1-1.5% of gross sales, with threshold bumps that can get you up to 2%. Their typical contracts start at $.5MM and the largest contract they won so far this year was $5MM.
This position is fully remote with phone, travel, and health insurance covered by the company.
