Compliance Consultant – Patient Communication & Data Storage

Are you a compliance expert able to advice on regulations for patient communication and data storage?

My client, a small patient recruitment agency, just locked down a large contract with a major pharma company. They have a call center that handles both incoming and outgoing communications as well as project managers who communicate with enrolled patients via text message, email and phone. They are looking for someone to advise on compliance procedures and implementation to ensure all communication are within regulation.

The company also stores some of this patient data, and want to ensure their data storage systems are in compliance.

This will be a front-loaded, remote-based, consulting project with the hope of a continued relationships so when specific questions or problems arise the company can have a go-to compliance consultant.
