AD/Director of Clinical Operations - Cambridge
Right now, our Clinical Operations team consists of a VP, Director, 1 CTM, and 2 CTAs. We have 2 major arms within the company with a few programs under each arm. We need someone who can own an entire arm and manage programs independently. There will be a couple of direct reports immediately and this person will help handpick a CTM in Q1 of 2020.

The science at the company is quite interesting. They are using the well-established pharmaceutical approach of modulating ion channels, but they are taking it into new territories. They use traditional chemistry entities but are looking to effect change in neural pathways, specifically SK channels and NMDA receptors. And, there are no approved drugs that selectively modulate these ion channels, so this is a first-of-its-kind approach that hopes can effectively “re-wire” the brain.
