This is an Associate Director of Clinical Operations for a cell therapy company whose stock has quadrupled in the past year. They have two successful marketed products, a recently filed BLA, and continue to look for opportunities to acquire more developmental products that fit with their specialty.  

The company's current Director of Clinical Operations is retiring so we want this person to work with her for a couple of months before she leaves, to learn the ropes. Then this person will report to the CMO and lead Clinical Operations (1 direct report to start). This company currently outsources their studies so we need someone with strong vendor/CRO management experience.
